Please support Fox Hollies Community Association’s bid for £12K!

by Roger Harmer on 20 December, 2011

Please can you spare a couple of minutes to help Fox Hollies Community Association win £12,000 of funding recovered by the Police from Criminals under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).

The Fox Hollies Community Association (registered Charity no 701230), based at Fox Hollies Forum at the end of Greenwood Avenue, Acocks Green, has applied for POCA funding to:

  • Improve the internal features of Fox Hollies Forum,
  • Undertake a consultation with the local community and
  • Set up a safety hub.

Having been successful with the first stage of their application,  the final decision will be decided by a public vote, which can be reached via the web link at the bottom of this post. After you have clicked on the link, find the project which is the first of the Yardley Constituency group of projects. It is titled “Acocks Green, The Gospel’.

Please vote for the project (but only once; multiple votes from one IP address will be discounted) and if you are willing, forward the link to as many people as possible for them to complete. Voting has now opened and it closes on January 15th 2012.

Thank you for your help.

The web link to vote is www.west-midlands.police.uk/np/birminghameast/vote
