A planning application (2010/01029/PA) has been received by the Council for the demolition of part of the Eaton Electrical site and its redevelopment to provide 80 houses. The houses will share their access road with the access to Yardleys School from Reddings Lane. The rest of the Eaton Electrical site will stay in production making electrical switchgear.
